About Killer Inc.

Killer inc. is a Brooklyn-based design consultancy and product company. We have over a decade of experience designing complex software and service design systems. Founded in 2014 by partners Brandy Bora and Jennifer Williams, the pair met several years ago while working at a design consulting firm, frog design in New York City. The two and bonded over a passion of pursuit for highly effective design methods and working with technology to design useful tools for people.

Jennifer Williams

I’m a product & service design leader with a specialty in strategic innovation. With a background in design and technology, I bring to the table over 10 years experience in both product side and client services. Former VP of Product at Pager, a mobile health tech startup, former Experience Design Director at McKinsey & Co. Digital Labs, a new design-thinking consultant offering, and former Interaction Designer at frog Design in New York City.

Brandy Bora

I am a Design Manager at Verizon Digital. Before joining Verizon, I was an Experience Design Director McKinsey & Co. Digital Labs and was a Lead Designer in American Express in the Enterprise Growth Group. Former Interaction Designer and Design Researcher at frog Design in New York where I worked on a variety of future vision projects as well as enterprise applications. I studied industrial design and design management at the graduate level at SCAD.

We are also shipping to Japan. Due to lack of demand, we aren't currently offering shipping to any other countries, but email us at hello@killerinc.co if your country isn't listed and we can see what we can do. International prices may not be accurately refilected in shopping cart and may require some adjustment.


At Killer Inc., we are a tiny company that prides ourselves on high-quality products and clear representation of such products. We do however understand that sometimes things happen. We are working to expand our return policies - due to the nature of the simple products we sell and until our little company grows, this is what we offer our customers and still be in business. We thank you for your support and understanding of our policies.

All products are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued. You may contact us within 14 days from the purchase date if you wish to exchange your purchase for a product of equal or lesser value. If you choose to exchange you purchase for an item of lesser value, there will be no refund for the difference in price. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Book with obvious signs of use
• Any item not in its original packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email hello@killerinc.co with the subject titled: 'Exchange' and your order number and send your item to: 292, Warburton Ave, Hastings on Hudson, NY, 10706, United States. The customer is responsible for return shipping. We will contact you upon reciept of an exchange request for next steps to proceed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale or Discounted items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 292, Warburton Ave, Hastings on Hudson, NY, 10706, United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
